I'm a Dayton native, who works in the Dayton and Cincinnati real estate market here in Ohio. Prior to being a full time agent, I spent my early years working in the Department of Defense in various positions and even spent 7 months of that time in Qatar on deployment. I primarily work with out of state investors looking for cash flow and value add/BRRR. My biggest apartment complex deal included a 24 unit property! I have experience in the following strategies: Buy & hold, house hacking, 1031 exchanges, and rentals from short term, mid term, to long term. Tyler was wonderful to work with! It had been a while since I had sold and purchased a home and he was there for me every step of the way!!
