I'm a Dayton native, who works in the Dayton and Cincinnati real estate market here in Ohio. Prior to being a full time agent, I spent my early years working in the Department of Defense in various positions and even spent 7 months of that time in Qatar on deployment. I primarily work with out of state investors looking for cash flow and value add/BRRR. My biggest apartment complex deal included a 24 unit property! I have experience in the following strategies: Buy & hold, house hacking, 1031 exchanges, and rentals from short term, mid term, to long term. If you’re looking for a rockstar realtor and support team, Tyler and his guys are who you need! He was able to find exactly what I was looking for, negotiate repairs and a rate buydown for me, and he and his team communicated effectively the entire time, which never left me guessing about what was going on or what was next.

Tyler went above and beyond to help us sell our property. We live out of state and the property needed a lot of repairs. He was there to recommend contractors, to let them in, and to arrange work getting done. He communicated often and we trusted him. We are very grateful for his help, expertise and trustworthiness.
