I haven't had the chance to work with company, but Kami Devine who runs the social media does an amazing job making CRM look like such a fun place to do business! Way to go Kami!

Megan Belanger and Jenelle were so kind and understanding throughout the process and were always on it when it came to my questions and concerns. They also made my entire application process extremely quick and easy which was awesome.

I had such a great experience viewing and applying for my new rental property! From the moment I reached out, communication was fast and professional. The showing was on time, well-organized, and the Meagan was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly—answered all my questions without any pressure.
The application process was smooth, simple, and clearly explained. I appreciated how transparent Meagan and Janelle were about requirements and timelines. I got updates every step of the way, and they made me feel valued and respected throughout.
Once approved, the lease signing was quick and easy, done electronically which saved time. I was even able to move in earlier than expected! Truly one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had—efficient, respectful, and stress-free.
Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for a place to call home!

Megan B and Jennelle was super nice, and helped me so much with the application process!! She was amazing, super thankful to have such a wonderful person help me with all of this :) she even went above and beyond to help me with paperwork I was having trouble with!! She definitely made this process for me a lot more easier!!

My experience so far with the showing, application, and leasing process has been great! Megan Belanger has been super helpful—friendly, responsive, and professional the whole way through. She made what could have been a stressful process really simple and smooth. Jennelle was also great during the showing. Both of them were easy to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. Definitely recommend working with this team!

We have been with CRM for about two years. What we like best is that all the systems are in place for rental property owners. We know that whatever happens with our properties, it will be taken care of quickly and competently. Our CRM person of contact is Brittany. We can always count on her to be efficient, and a good communicator. She is willing to explain issues simply, and be our advocate as well. We recommend CRM.

CRM is a great company. They try the most with renovating, updating, fixing, all that may be needed. They have a great maintenance team, every single one has made getting issues resolved quick and easy. Heather S. is an amazing person and helps out tremendously with any problems we have. She's so kind and understanding, I'm glad to have her as a property manager!

I absolutely love Brianna! She is literally the best property manager we’ve ever had. CRM Properties is one of many companies that we’ve rented from with moving for work, and I can say that they are second to none. Highly recommend them and Brianna! We couldn’t be luckier than we are to have her. Her responses to any and all questions are always quick and we greatly appreciate the extra mile she goes to make sure we have the best experience possible. Extremely satisfied customer and looking forward to continuing to rent with them!
