Megan Belanger has been a great joy to work with so far. I'm a very new tenant and I already feel so taken care of. I highly recommend renting with CRM Properties. I was offered the convenience of a self tour that allowed me to book around my own schedule. After touring and expressing interest I was contacted directly by Megan and since then the journey has been smooth sailing. Everything is done online and the steps are easy to follow. They break everything down so you can see first hand what you'll be paying before moving in and offer a security deposit insurance invite to apply. ( results vary) The sites are SECURE so I felt safe sharing my information. I'm looking forward to this experience.

Megan Balenger was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout my entire process. I do hope to someday work with her again if ever needed. She has a great response time and answered every question I had prior to agreeing to anything.

Emily and Austin regularly promote CRM and has helped multiple friends of mine to choose a rental that’s best for them. I have never heard people speak so proudly of a company and what they do, especially in regard to a rental company, and it is extremely reassuring to know that I can trust this company because of the people that work there. My friends that rent from CRM have nothing but positive things to say. I highly recommend this company!

It was a pleasant experience to work with both Jennelle Glassburn and Megan Belanger from CRM Properties. With myself being on the other side of the country, both Jennelle and Megan were able to make this an easy and, as much as it could be, a stressless process in obtaining a rental property. Communication was done in a quick manner and all my answers/concerns were addressed accordingly. Thank you both Jennelle and Megan for all your help!

I cannot describe how awesome and helpful Audra is! She has worked a few deals for me and my team and each one has been a great experience. Very communicative, knowledgeable and professional! The property management team is fantastic also! Very highly recommended!

They’re reliable, attentive, and incredibly easy to work with. Every conversation feels productive and genuine. I’m grateful for everything they do and can’t say enough great things about this team. This was our first time working with a property management company, and from the very beginning, the experience has been excellent. When I had the initial 30-minute call with Bethan, all my concerns were quickly eased. She took the time to answer each of my questions thoroughly, and my husband and I immediately felt confident that this was the right company for us.
What really stands out is their transparency. The fees were exactly as listed on the website—no surprises at all. The onboarding process was clearly explained step by step, which made everything easy to follow. From scheduling the consultation to setting up our account, you can tell the company has refined its process and built up a lot of know-how over the years.
We’re excited to move forward and have them managing our property.
