Very easy to work with! Megan B. the leasing coordinator was lovely and made our experience with touring, signing and the moving in process so easy and was very helpful and detailed with everything. she answered questions as best as possible with insight from her team. thank you Megan!!

Getting into our new home with CRM was a wonderful and seamless process! The home is beautiful and will be perfect for us! Megan and Jenelle were so attentive and responsive to our communication and answering questions for us. We needed to move quickly due to the death of my father in order to care for my mother and Megan and Jenelle helped this stress significantly. Do not hesitate to reach out to CRM if you need a new home!

I came to crm after dealing with another rental company in Kokomo and the experience has been like night and day. Megan has been my main point of contact and she has been amazing any questions I’ve had she’s answered quickly and accurately. Honestly making the entire experience a breeze she’s been amazing and very helpful. Jennelle was very nice too in my very short interaction with her as well.

This process has been incredibly smooth up until this point. Jennelle was very quick to respond and easy to work with through the showings, and helping us through the process until Megan took over. Megan was thorough and to the point, which helped a lot to not get confused. I’m excited to start leasing with this company!

I had an excellent experience working with Megan and Jennelle. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained the process clearly, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who’s both knowledgeable and truly cares about helping you find the right place, but they absolutely do. Highly recommend working with them!
