My husband and I were looking to list our home and came across Vinnie and Rondinelli Real Estate. After our initial conversation we were ready to sign on with him - he was personable, concise, and just what we were looking for. We thought that the process would be arduous and stressful but Vinnie was available for our questions/concerns throughout and it turned out to be way easier than we had ever thought it could be! We always knew exactly what was happening and when and there were no surprises, the sale went quick, smooth, and we got more than asking! We felt very confident with Vinnie and would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking to sell their home. It's so nice and assuring to know that your agent has got your back, and he definitely does.

Vinny is my property manager for my duplex in Black Rock, he has been responsive and handled maintenance issues that have arisen. I am an out of state investor so it is critical to have someone local that has your best interests in mind. There is an online system for landlords to get paid which has been prompt and reasonable. I would recommend Rondinelli Real Estate for any property management in Buffalo.
