About us
David Schmiediche was born and raised in College Station, Texas. Seeing it grow and develop into the college town it is today. He has always been an entrepreneur finding how he can use his talents to serve others. In high school, instead of getting a traditional job to pay for expenses he started up Schmiediche's Washes, a car washing business where he learned valuable lessons of integrity, giving your best effort, and never giving up. During his senior year of high school, real estate was introduced to him as an opportunity to build a legacy while helping people achieve the American dream. Having the knowledge he learned from his previous businesses, David immediately got his real estate license and found Keller Williams to sponsor, mentor, and guide him through the journey of becoming a successful real estate agent and investor.
