Mike was an amazing realtor for both buying and selling our home. In the last 4 months, we were able to buy a home we love in a highly sought-after area, and sold our previous home quickly for a price we are very happy with! I can’t recommend Mike enough!

My boyfriend and I were connected with Michael and we are so grateful we did!! He made what seemed would be an intimidating process of buying our first home so seamless and stress free. He valued us as clients and put in the work to not only get us a tour at our new home but a great deal to close! He made it comfortable for us to ask questions, because I had many haha. I would recommend Michael Kusy to anyone looking to move and start a new chapter!

My boyfriend and I were referred to Michael Kusy by a family member to help us find our first home. Michael has a lot of experience in the real estate industry and great communication skills. He replied to our text messages within a few hours and answered all our questions as first-time home buyers. Every time we would tour a house, he would go around with us to check for any possible inspection issues since he knew what loan we were working with. He was honest when it came to giving us his opinion regarding certain uncertainties about a house and was not trying to push us to buy a house for his own benefit. I highly recommend Michael and his team.

We worked with Michael Kusy who was great. We had seen so many houses and he was always up to meet as there for a walkthrough. Great attention to detail when walking through homes and would always help answer any questions we had regarding the home buying process.
It was great working with Mike and the Evermark team. Would 100% recommend.

I highly recommend Michael Kusy of Evermark Properties. From the first showing through the closing process, Michael was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
The property we purchased turned out to be a challenging transaction because the sellers were in the process of a divorce which created a number of unexpected obstacles. Throughout the entire process, Michael kept us informed every step of the way, communicated promptly, and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving forward.
His patience, dedication, and commitment to his clients really stood out. He went above and beyond to help us navigate a difficult sale, and thanks to his hard work, everything came together successfully.

I began my real estate investment journey on Bigger Pockets, I’m sure like many others. I used their tool to find a local agent to help me with my goals. I met Mike Kusy of Evermark Property Group, and he quickly showed me how knowledgeable he is in this industry. Earlier this year we closed on my first fix-n-flip, and are under contract currently on the next. I can’t recommend Mike enough. If you are looking for a straight forward, knowledgeable, and efficient agent, he is your guy.
