Chris was absolutely fantastic to work with. We were stuck on the market for nearly 5 months with another agent before reaching out to Chris. His drive and expertise helped us sell in less than a month after he took over. He was always available for questions and his great communication helped us navigate this stressful time with ease. He’s personable and truly understands the real life aspects of such a big life change. We’re grateful for Chris and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home!

Chris and Ed have been a great help!I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with this real estate team. From day one, they’ve been by my side—patient, knowledgeable, and always looking out for my best interest. They didn’t just help me find a home—they helped me find the right home that made sense for me both personally and financially.

As a first time homebuyer, it was little overwhelming — trying to find that first home that's not out of my budget but still one I can see myself living in for 7 to 13 years. I met with Chris Lloyd last year to see if I was in a good position to buy a house, but we determined that waiting a little longer would be more beneficial for me. He didn’t pressure me to close on a home; instead, he said, “I’m ready whenever you are ready.” A year later, we met again, and he was ready to help — and eventually, I was able to close on my house.

My husband and I just purchased a home with the help of our realtor, Christopher Lloyd. Over the course of our 29 year marriage, this is the 3rd home we have purchased, and can honestly say it was the best experience we’ve ever had! Chris really listened to what we were looking for, what we could afford, and was always available to listen to our questions and concerns. We were unfamiliar with the area that we were purchasing in, and Chris was very helpful with that also. He was always able to answer our questions, and if he wasn’t sure of something, he was quick to get an answer for us. We highly recommend using Christopher Lloyd for all your real estate needs! We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Chris to buy our property. After not having the best experience with our previous agent—who didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the area and mainly pushed us to make the highest bid just to keep things moving—Chris was a breath of fresh air.
With Chris, we felt completely at ease sharing all our expectations. He worked tirelessly to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. His experience was evident as he not only advocated for our needs but also came up with creative solutions to make deals work. He even took the time to explain to the seller’s agent why this deal would be a win-win for everyone involved.
Chris is definitely investor-friendly, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for their own home or additional properties for investment and needing an agent they can trust and rely on.
