About us

Hey there! My name is Matt English and I am the owner of Trailhead Residential Group. I am a dually licensed Real Estate Broker & Certified Residential Appraiser based in the Denver–Lakewood area. By combining these two disciplines, I bring a unique perspective on how properties are truly valued and what actually sells a home. I’ve reviewed and analyzed hundreds of accepted contracts as an appraiser, giving me a deep understanding of how to structure winning offers and avoid common pitfalls. 

Beyond my professional roles, I’m also a real estate investor with properties in both the Denver Metro area and North Georgia. When I'm not working on real estate, you will very likely find me with a guitar in hand or out camping somewhere in the mountains.
