Working with Johnathan started great. He was knowledgeable in a field I was interested in investigating and eager to find me a great property. Unfortunately hiring him turned into mistake. Property which he suggested as coming back to market due to failed financing, after inspection came back with a lot of issues that fallen on sellers need to fix. Among many negotiations and signed contract end up as he was working more for a seller than me as a buyer, as my agent. Later on stating how seller wouldn't make any money if they had to fix everything and some things were major issues which he somehow removed as to do by seller and pass it to me even with not showing on my needs to be done before renting. I came to the house, out of state, trusting my relator working for me, that things are completed, which wasn't the case. End up finding out he was rude to my financial advisor as well, not doing paperwork correctly. ( woman also) He is way too young, by my opinion, to treat women as second best. Over all, entire experience was unsatisfying, and properly end up not really a good fit for my investment at all. Only good part of working with him was him negotiating rolling in mortgage out of pocket expenses after closing and costing costs.

He answered all of our questions and responded to our concerns no matter what time of day it was. We barely had to lift a finger throughout the entire process making it EXTREMELY easy and lowered the stress on our end. This was our first time buying a home and we honestly had no idea what we were doing.
