I personally have 2 short term rentals in the Galveston County area and have closed several fix and flip transactions. I'm a Professional Engineer-turned Real Estate Investor/Agent. After a successful career as a mechanical engineer, I learned about the power of real estate to build a business, teach others about investing, and creating generational wealth. Jason helped my husband and I purchase our first vacation property. He made the process as stress free as possible with his knowledge of the Galveston area and his ability to foresee upcoming obstacles during the purchase. Super friendly and ethical all the way through.

Jason was great! Needed a quick turnaround to get my house in Galveston rented out again and he didn’t waste anytime time and we had new tenant in there right after the old tenant moved out.
He is very professional and was able to provide me with a lot of valuable market feedback on my current property. Would highly recommend!

5 Stars – Incredible Service from Start to Finish!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Jason! Searching for a property from out of town could have been stressful, but Jason made it easy and seamless. He went above and beyond by filming detailed video walkthroughs of multiple properties, helping us feel confident even though we couldn’t see them in person. Thanks to his insight and dedication, we found the perfect property and bought.
