About us
Thanks for peeping my profile. I grew up playing in the woods and fields of Cherry Valley in Stroudsburg, PA (The Poconos!) and learning from my Dad, Bruce, who played an integral role in building and developing thousands of homes in the region. After attending college, I moved back home to work in the real estate industry full-time, starting Redstone Run Realty with my Dad, Mom and Brother in 2011. Sadly, we lost my Dad suddenly in the summer of 2022. Since then, I've taken on the primary role of running the ops and vision for our company - the coolest fully independent brokerage in the Poconos. After years of consistent, grinding work, I was able to put myself in a position to handle and oversee all types of real estate investments, both personally and on behalf of my clients. I have helped clients flip well over 100 homes, often from front-side analysis & acquisition all the way through backside exit. In addition, I'm skilled in executing long-term buy-and-hold multi-family and mixed-use investments. In 2020, I felt the STR/AirBnB vibe coming hard to our market and dove in head-first to learn local regs, income projections, and the features of what makes a 'winning' STR in the Poconos. Through contacts and past-clients, I've handled easily over 150 STR acquisitions & dispositions over the last 3 years and consider myself the leading expert in this field. I am currently the largest sales agent in the region by sales volume and will handle over 130 transactional sides in 2023. Our Team at Redstone Run Realty will do around 300 sides, giving us substantial insight into regional market trends and allowing us to offer the best local industry contacts to our clients. With a full-time Marketing Manager, Ops Director & Transaction Coordinator on staff, we strive to provide the best property buying and selling results in the area. Personally, I live in downtown Stroudsburg with my wife, Deisi, and our daughter, Scarlett. We have some investments locally and own a house together in Deisi's Brazilian hometown, where she is overseeing a full remote renovation. I have a really fun time working and building our team at Redstone Run Realty, but recently have learned the power and fun of putting my phone on 'Do Not Disturb' while going on weekend hikes, playing with toys and just relaxing with my family. I had a really wonderful experience with Nikki Cain. She is a wonderful resource. I am an out of state buyer and she guided me through many homes virtually, over a few months (since I was in a contingent position with the sale of another property). Her communication was excellent and not only is she a caring person with a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate, she’s not afraid to share that knowledge and experience with others, and even shared her contacts and resources with me. I would definitely work with her again. She’s a true advocate and ensured she had my back during inspection negotiations, and was so patient with the other party, even when my concern about the seller agent and seller was rising. I am truly thankful to have met her on this journey and I know she sincerely cares about her clients and their outcome.

Our experience with Autumn was nothing short of amazing. From the start of the year she was dedicated in helping us find the perfect STR. We’re from NY so we really appreciated her knowledge and expertise of the local area. Autumn made great efforts to accommodate us since we’re coming from so far, especially when we brought our daughter along with us. Our very shy 3 year old LOVES Autumn because of how sweet and respectful she is with little kids. We were able to see multiple houses in one day, give feedback and move forward smoothly throughout the year. Communication was always clear and we really appreciate the help in finding the proper people to help us close! We truly believe that Autums timely delivery was essential in our closing. We fell in love with the last house we saw after a long day of seeing houses, we decided on our way back that we were interested in putting in an offer. The next morning we let her know and found out there were two other offers on the table. With it being Friday, Autumn immediately contacted the right people to get our offer in. They accepted our offer on Sunday! Had we waited for Monday or delayed in any way we could have lost the house. Even though a lot of things happened really fast, Autumn eased our nerves by explaining the process simply and giving excellent suggestions for inspection and pre approvals. Throughout the closing process Autumn continued to show up for us and make sure we get the best deal possible, she’s a very effective negotiator. When buying a home it’s so important to feel like you have someone on your side during this process and that was Autumn for us. Even after closing Autumn has been extremely helpful with helping find local people to help manning the house. We love this relationship we’ve built over time. During closing it really didn’t feel like an end but rather the beginning of a beautiful friendship! Autumn is such a kind soul & we look forward to seeing her and her fur babies soon ❤️

She found me the perfect home on day one, and from that moment forward, she was an absolute powerhouse advocate for me every step of the way.
When we encountered an unexpected and significant appraisal gap along with inspection findings, Nikki’s negotiation skills were nothing short of incredible. She successfully negotiated $30,000 off the original listing price, protecting my investment and giving me total confidence that I was in the best possible hands.
Her communication is unmatched — she answered my questions immediately, every time. When the lender attempted to push back the closing date, Nikki stepped in and used her professionalism, persistence, and industry expertise to keep everything on track and get the process moving quickly again.
What truly sets Nikki apart is that her support didn’t stop at closing. When the seller failed to send paperwork and photos that were included in the sale, Nikki relentlessly followed up and made sure I received everything I was promised. Nikki is absolutely the best realtor we have ever worked with. She is incredibly polite, professional, and truly makes time for you no matter what. She is extremely accommodating and helpful, especially if you’re moving from far away or visiting with children. She even plans breaks and schedules the day around your needs.
Her dedication is unmatched. She will fight for you, stand up for you, and make sure you’re never taken advantage of. Her background knowledge from law school was extremely valuable throughout our journey. She literally arranges everything for you and goes above and beyond from start to finish. She is also incredibly responsive, no matter what we needed or when we reached out, we could always get in contact with her.
Nikki also has an amazing eye for detail. She spots anything that may be wrong or a potential problem with a home immediately, and she always makes sure you understand exactly what you’re looking at. She truly protects her clients.
Since we were coming from far away, she spent entire days with us touring multiple homes back-to-back. She is honest, straightforward, and always on your side, making the whole process stress-free and easy for your family.
