I was very fortunate to have Chris Burgos, Laura Bernstein, and Luxie Phillips in my recent home purchase. The entire team was so thorough, and they were always there to help in any way possible. I am very grateful with how seamless this process was. The entire team is a one-stop shop. They are extremely connected not only in the real estate industry, but also with construction, designers, landscapers, property managers. You name it, they probably know someone respectable and well priced to make a stressful time in home buying less burdensome.
I know without a shadow of a doubt on my next home purchase or if a family or friend are in the market to buy a house, this is the team that I will refer.

When you’re looking for your first home like our family was, there are endless things you are ignorant to. Chris not only connected us to many homes that fit our criteria he also answered endless questions and informed us many areas of Realestate we would have not been aware of. We ended up finding our home with Chris and we couldn’t be happier.

This is a man that inspires you to do better by being better. His charisma is contagious and his vision is there to help you find the path to your destination. He operates on a fundamentally different level than anyone I've met in San Diego and his track record of satisfied clients and thriving friends is a testament to that.
