I don't think I have enough things to say about Chris. My wife and I had 3 different agents stop by when we decided to list our house for sale. Both of us immediately knew we were going to use Chris early on in our meeting with him. Chris and his team went above and beyond to get our house ready to be listed. Minor repairs and pictures were done within a few days of us giving him the green light. We didn't have to do a thing, Chris and his team handled it all! When we finally accepted an offer, we had a pretty difficult buyer. There were a lot of hoops to jump through because of this. There were a few times when we were within a week of closing that it seemed like the whole deal was going to fall apart. Instead of it being an extremely stressful process, we put our trust in Chris to get it handled. He did just that! He will never leave you feeling like you're in the dark about anything.
