Chris specializes in residential home buying and commercial real estate. His background in marketing, investments, contracting, and insurance gives him a unique perspective on buying and selling real estate. His clients know they are getting attention to detail that is second to none and that they can feel confident in their purchase. An Iowa native, Chris lived in 6 states before returning to Iowa in 2008. He fell in love with the Ames area and he is a passionate and active member of the Ames and Gilbert Communities assisting with various philanthropic and community events each year. Chris, his wife Lauren, and their two boys, Landry and Carter, reside in Ames. He is a proud member of the Ames Chamber and a Board Member of the Boys and Girls Club of Story County.

Chris and his team do an amazing job start-to-finish with both the home selling & home buying process. He was able to assist me with a fairly quick turnaround between the sale of my home and the purchase of a new one. He provided expert advice when it came to staging, home repairs, and negotiation considerations. He demonstrated on multiple occasions that he was willing to go above and beyond to assist however he could, and ultimately helped me get a great deal on both sides. Would strongly recommend.

First time home buyer . I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Chris and his team. He was very responsive and answered all the questions I had. He walked me through what I needed to know as a first time home buyer and had great recommendations to help me along the process from the start through after I closed with local contractors I could use for projects. I felt like I was in good hands with him. While I don't anticipate buying another house I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Chris and the team did a great job in selling our fraternity house. . Chris was very knowledgeable about the Ames commercial market. I felt confident in his approach and research in his pricing of our property. He was super responsive and communicated in every step of the process. He was willing to help any way possible down to the final details of the clean-out. Chris is charismatic and excited about the real estate business. I would definitely recommend Chris and his team.

Chris was extremely helpful to us as first-time homebuyers. He was very responsive and able to answer all of our questions. If he didn't know something about a property, he was sure to find out and get back to us. Chris is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Even after closing, Chris has been very accessible and willing to help/answer any follow-up questions we have had.
