Eric negotiated an off-market price with the builder and stayed engaged even after closing to help resolve issues quickly. His communication, market knowledge, and professionalism are top-notch—I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!

I would not recommend working with Eric Callahan at Prospective Realtor Inc. When I first met Eric he seemed personable. Months later I showed for an opening and he used the same listing sheet to give a false representation of who visited the property that day. Such an odd lie to tell but definitely a preview of what was to come. Throughout our experience, Eric acted unprofessionally in several ways: He did not update the MLS listing to “contingent” in a timely manner, leaving it active and wasting ppls time thinking the property was still available. Instead of marking the listing as sold, he took it off the market entirely, which made it look like it simply disappeared instead of showing it was under agreement. Eric was slow to respond to calls and messages, making it frustrating to get clear answers during time sensitive moments Worst of all, he made derogatory remarks which were completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Overall, it felt like Eric was more interested in protecting his own numbers and money than in providing clear and respectful service to buyers and agents trying to do business with him. I would look elsewhere for a realtor who respects your time, communicates professionally, and handles listings responsibly

Chad is a go to agent if your looking for an investment property in Massachusetts. He's an investor himself so he knows how to underwrite and what to look for as far as an investment property goes. He has a construction background as well which helps when walking property's that need rehab. Chads very flexible and in that he finds time for his clients and is not afraid to travel to any market within state lines!!

I had a great time working with Meghan of Prospective Realty. She's so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We could ask her anything we wanted without ever feeling dumb and she put together an amazing offer that got us the home we wanted! I highly recommend Prospective Realty and recommend working with Meghan if possible!

Rob Matewsky was my agent and he did remarkable job selling my house.It was smooth from the beginning to end.I have my agent for life now 😃Ive never had such a flawless sale..This was my 3rd house.

This is actually in response to the review by Jordan. Because she likes to be childish and call names and throw a temper tantrum over a Facebook post with different political views she wants to leave a review of Mr Matewsky. Perhaps everyone should actually know both sides. Sure is grown up to leave a review because you didn’t get your way....Jordan you are what’s wrong with society. Shame on you!

Don't work with this company if you're under the age of 40 because their employees are apparently allowed to discriminate against you. Realtor Rob Matewsky posted that millennials are "poverty line wine bags" in response to a conversation talking about why capital gains taxes exist. As a millennial homeowner myself (reminder that the oldest millennials are nearly 40 this year), I would never work with a company or a person who thinks that paying taxes is immoral and certainly not with a person who thinks so little of me and my generation.
