Kasey and Erica were incredible to work with from the jump. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. I felt like they went above and beyond to help us find our perfect first rental property. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy or sell a home, especially an investment property, and my husband and I will definitely be using them again in the future if/when we are back in the market for real estate!

Kasey and Erica helped me find my new home in Charlotte and I can't recommend them enough. They were very patient as we viewed multiple properties and responded quickly whenever I had any questions. I felt like they had my bests interests at heart and advocated for me when communicating with the seller. They also helped refer me to a wonderful lender and closing attorney which made the whole transaction quick and smooth. I will definitely be working with them in the future!

We were able to stay in touch the entire time up until when I was ready, which I appreciated. As an out of state investor, they were very helpful and made the process seamless. Would 100% recommend.

Kasey Hardt with ROI Realty Partners & her partner Erica were absolutely amazing to work with. I found their information by scouring BiggerPockets forums, and send them a message. Got on an intro call within days and they were on top of sending us daily listings, with detailed breakdowns and calculations to determine investment potential. They lay out the facts without pressuring you one way or another. They were open to doing the homework on different properties I had sent them to be able to compare. Super responsive at all times. Luckily was able to fly out to view some properties and roughly about 60 days after my first message to them, we closed on 3 properties! Total white glove service in helping you find potential investments, handle the ground work, go the extra mile for you, while enjoying the entire process. They handled all of our concerns and made us feel us feel comfortable throughout the entire process, which for a first time home-buyer, I couldn't be more grateful. Can't recommend them any more and 100% will be using them for our future needs!! Thank you Kasey & Erica!

Simply the best! My husband and I were Kasey's first clients. Man you would never guess it. She is a pro! She goes above and beyond for her clients.
