Not impressed with the unethical behavior we experienced with Thomas Cunningham. We recently purchased a home that Mr.Cunningham was partners in flipping. Since purchase we have had multiple water leaks the most recent destroying a wall behind a shower. All of course he claims he claims the house was already like this when he bought it, however the pex fittings that were leaking were still shiny looking brass. Everytime Mr. Cunningham was contacted by either myself or our realtor he has been unwilling to make the situation right, we have been in this home less than a month not to mention i am a disabled veteran. I do not reccomend this reality group especially this realtor for anything. Very very very displeased. Pride in craftsmanship was not praxticed here at all.

Nashville Realty gives you the sites of the big city and countryside alike with that good ol hometown attitude and friendly staff to boot!!! A great company to work with in finding your new home.

The Nashville Realty Group more than sets the standard as a Professional Real Estate Brokerage Company! When I walked into their office for the first time, I was overwhelmingly impressed! I was greeted immediately with a smile from both, Joe and Cindy Borbely. I highly recommend this group!!!!

Willie Mangrum was a sellers agent that we worked with recently & it was the most disrespectful, unfair, and unethical process I have ever experienced. He raised his voice many times to our realtor. A blessing in disguise that we did not get the house that we put an offer on because he didn’t deserve ANY percentage of that sell.
