Always a pleasure working with Taylor! He goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs and is experienced with investors and homebuyers alike. Probably has the best knowledge of Augusta out of any realtor in the area. He made the process of acquiring my first investment property seamless. Would recommend to anyone!

Taylor is incredible to work with! As a new investor doing my first flip I was very nervous, but my initial discussion with Taylor put me at ease. He was always quick to respond, did several walk-through videos (since I was not local), and really guided me every step of the way. He helped me find contractors, source materials, and navigate the whole process. When the home was ready to list he had the most amazing photos taken which made the listing truly stand out. I continue to work with Taylor and he always goes above and beyond!

As an out-of-state buyer, I needed an agent I could truly trust to guide me every step of the way. From touring homes to providing support even after closing, Taylor has been absolutely incredible—knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with!

Taylor was fantastic to work with! Being a beginner flipper I really needed someone who was willing to guide me in the process. Taylor was very knowledgeable, helped me find wholesalers in the area, as well as sent possible flips from the MLS. He was always super responsive and quick to answer any questions. Since these were remote flips, he willingly would go take videos of the properties or do walk-throughs with me while I was on the phone. He also has several contractors that he works with and recommends. I found each one to be dependable, skilled, and fairly price. Taylor also went above and beyond when listing the home with beautifully done professional photos and the perfect listing description. I would highly recommend him!!
