Always a pleasure working with Taylor! He goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs and is experienced with investors and homebuyers alike. Probably has the best knowledge of Augusta out of any realtor in the area. He made the process of acquiring my first investment property seamless. Would recommend to anyone!

Taylor is exceptional at what he does! As an out-of-state investor going through my very first real estate transaction, I had countless questions — and Taylor was always quick, clear, and thorough in his responses. He showed tremendous patience with a newbie like me, shared deep local knowledge of the Augusta area, and made the process go smoothly with great connections and recommendations. I highly recommend working with him!

Taylor is incredible to work with! As a new investor doing my first flip I was very nervous, but my initial discussion with Taylor put me at ease. He was always quick to respond, did several walk-through videos (since I was not local), and really guided me every step of the way. He helped me find contractors, source materials, and navigate the whole process. When the home was ready to list he had the most amazing photos taken which made the listing truly stand out. I continue to work with Taylor and he always goes above and beyond!

As a first time out of state investor, I was a little nervous to buy a house on the other side of the country, but Taylor made it a seamless, painless process!
He was so fun to work with and so flexible with the time difference.
His post-purchase help has been a game changer and I truly think I would have lost my mind without him a few times. He went above and beyond over and over and I can’t wait to buy the next one with him. If he could get licensed in every state, I’d be one happy investor. Thank you for all that you do, Taylor!

Taylor has been amazing! He made the whole process very smooth while purchasing our personal home. He was always willing to answer our questions or reach out for answers. He knows his neighborhoods super well and makes it easy for anyone that is new to the area! We are looking forward to using him again as we look for investment properties!

Taylor was absolutely incredible to work with. We just recently moved to the area and my husband was the only one able to come out beforehand to look at homes. He made sure we had a solid list to look at and helped by FaceTiming me to allow me to see the homes as well. Not only did he help us find our perfect home but he continually checks in to make sure we are happy with our decision. He is a god loving, family man, and they don’t come more honest than Taylor. You won’t regret using him.

Taylor was fantastic to work with! Being a beginner flipper I really needed someone who was willing to guide me in the process. Taylor was very knowledgeable, helped me find wholesalers in the area, as well as sent possible flips from the MLS. He was always super responsive and quick to answer any questions. Since these were remote flips, he willingly would go take videos of the properties or do walk-throughs with me while I was on the phone. He also has several contractors that he works with and recommends. I found each one to be dependable, skilled, and fairly price. Taylor also went above and beyond when listing the home with beautifully done professional photos and the perfect listing description. I would highly recommend him!!
