This is the second time my husband and I have worked with Lizzy to find a multi-unit investment property and both experiences were stellar! Lizzy is really great about getting to know you as a person to understand what you’re looking for, and never pushes you into a decision based on cost or timeline, only what’s best for you! It truly feels like she’s part of your real estate “team” and will do whatever it takes to advocate for you. On our most recent purchase, she directly called the seller and followed up consistently to make sure our offer was considered, and once it was accepted, helped us find reliable contractors and inspectors to make sure we were able to get through our close period on time and with confidence. We would highly recommend Lizzy to anyone looking for a property, and are looking forward to working with her again!
