I got my start in real estate in 2012 over a glass of whiskey in my living room. A good friend of mine had a deal for a 4 family home in New London, CT. He needed help with property maintenance and I owned a home improvement company at the time. My choices were; work for him or invest and be part of the equity. 10 years, 12 properties, and 30 units later we are running a great buy and hold business. Since then I no longer have a home improvement business, we hired a management company, and I received my Connecticut Real Estate License. I love looking at deals and working with buyers and sellers alike. I have gained a lot of experience in the last 10 years: evictions, arrest warrants, fires, squatters, and much more.
