I found Holly through ChatGPT after asking who the best Realtor in San Clemente was—and I’m so glad I did! We initially began our home search in San Clemente and even made an offer on a property, but ultimately decided that Carlsbad was the right place for us so we could be closer to our children and grandchildren.
Even though Carlsbad was outside our original search area, Holly continued to represent us and made the entire process incredibly easy. We found a house we loved, but there were three buyers competing for the property, and Holly’s experience and negotiation skills helped us come out on top.
Since we were back in South Carolina during escrow, Holly attended the home inspection on our behalf, kept us informed every step of the way, and negotiated credits for repairs. We closed escrow smoothly in just 21 days.
We are so appreciative of Holly’s responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to us throughout the entire process. She truly took care of us every step of the way, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Southern California!

Holly McKhann made selling my Aliso Viejo condo an exceptionally smooth experience.
I interviewed Holly when I was preparing to move to the east coast. I knew I wanted to move out before listing the property, which meant I needed someone I could completely trust to manage every detail from California while I was across the country.
Holly exceeded every expectation. She recommended a few minor repairs and professional staging to present the home in its best light. Initially, I wasn’t convinced staging would make a significant difference, but when I saw the finished result, I was amazed. The condo looked absolutely beautiful.
The results spoke for themselves: we received a full-price offer before the first open house.

We are so thankful we had Holly representing us in the purchase of our San Clemente home. It was an extremely competitive situation, and even though another buyer had offered $20,000 more, Holly’s persistence, professionalism, and strong reputation helped get our offer accepted.
After we initially lost out and the seller opened escrow with another buyer, Holly continued to follow up and maintain a great relationship with the listing agent. When that first buyer backed out, the listing agent had so much confidence in Holly and trusted that she would help us navigate any repairs and get the deal closed. Because of that trust and rapport, the seller chose our offer over a higher one.
Holly’s experience, communication, and ability to build confidence with everyone involved made all the difference. We are thrilled to have gotten the home and so grateful she was on our side.

Holly was incredibly helpful throughout the sale of our condo in Lake Forest. She gave excellent advice on which improvements would help us net the most money. She recommended fresh paint, replacing the carpet with luxury vinyl plank, and staging the condo, and those updates made a huge difference. It looked beautiful!
Thanks to Holly’s guidance, the condo sold quickly and at a higher price than other comparable units were selling for. We also really appreciated her expertise when the buyer presented several requests and challenges. Holly helped get the needed repairs handled quickly and kept the deal moving forward. We are so grateful for her professionalism, knowledge, and steady guidance from start to finish.

We first met Holly and Scott seven years ago when we were looking at homes in Dana Point and San Clemente. Due to family issues, we have been taking our time to decide when and where we wanted to move. Holly's husband Scott is marvelous; he helped us remodel our kitchen several years ago in anticipation of selling our home. He got great prices for us and the work turned out so well. This year we decided we were finally ready to sell our Redondo Beach home. Holly, very wisely, advised us to move out, repaint inside and out in a fresh white color, and then stage the home. Moving out made this all so much easier, especially with our pets. It truly was the very best decision for us and made things so much less stressful. Thanks to her expertise and strategy, we sold over asking before the first open house! Holly is a true professional, a kind and caring person and we’re so grateful we met her and that she represented us in such a pivotal decision.
