Shane called me on a cold call. I have received several cold calls from realtors in the past and never gave them consideration. Shane came across to me to be sincere and honest. He performed above and beyond my expectations. I am from out of the state of Wisconsin and had a rental property. He and his team were able to get the renter out of the property and get the house in sale ready condition within 3 weeks of our signed agreement.
Shane is the real deal he works hard to close the deal I needed.
Trustworthy, committed to his clients. He made me feel as if was the only client he had. Answered every call every email, every text within 24 hours or less.
