Hands Down THE BEST Realator!! Alvin was hands on from start to finish of the home buying process. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He made the entire process stress free. Albin drove 2.5 hours to my location the very next day of receiving my pre approval letter and didn’t leave until we found ext what we wanted. We had our dream home under contract within 24 hours of our first conversation.

I had an amazing experience working with Alvin! He did an exceptional job showing me properties that matched my needs perfectly. Alvin was incredibly flexible with scheduling, which made the entire process smooth and convenient. His insight and knowledge of the market were always on point and helped me make confident decisions. I truly felt like he had my best interest at heart every step of the way. As someone getting started in real estate investing, I understood that my first pivotal decision would be selecting the right realtor. Alvin was definitely the right choice! His great business and data analytics skills, coupled with the fact that he intimately knows Atlanta and the surrounding areas Allows him to provide his clients with the knowledge we need to navigate each unique market successfully. But what I am most impressed with / impacted by is the care and passion that Alvin brings to his work. He has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure that my first Fix and flip investment is successful, Even providing me with recommendations and insights to build my team and make the best decisions across the board. I appreciate his work ethic and how he proactively provides the information or leads that I need to continue making progress. As I continue to grow as an investor, I can confidently say that working with Alvin has been my best business decision yet! Highly recommend!

My experience with Mr Slate was excellent from the beginning to the end. The selling of my home was a quick and easy process. My home was on the market for only three days and there was also a back up offer. Mr Slate is very passionate and dedicated to his craft. He was always available and quick to setup a conference to explain or answer any questions. I will most definitely recommend Alvin Slate for your real estate needs.

I've worked with a few real estate agents in the past and Alvin is by far the best I've worked with. Alvin really went above and beyond to be supportive and accommodating as we were searching for a relatively low priced condo for a family member. He showed us tons of options with patience, deployed out of the box thinking to help us figure out where we wanted to live, and worked diligently and with great attention to detail to address issues with our chosen property after our homeowners inspection. Alvin made up for the unresponsiveness of the selling agent and HOA by going above and beyond in getting the information that we were after. Alvin also supported us on a challenging negotiation with patience and negotiating prowess.
I highly recommend Alvin whether you are a buyer or a seller.
