About us
I have been investing for the last 3 years. I purchased my first property as a primary residence in 2017. I currently have 5 properties with one of them being a mid-term rental and the rest are long term rentals. Being a real estate agent / investor for the last 3 years, my primary focus is on helping investors in building their portfolio and achieving passive income from rentals as well as active income from fix and flips.

We started working with Taylor 12/3/2025 and we just closed on our house. Taylor was very knowledgeable with Temple and surrounding areas. If you looking for a realtor look no further he is the best and awesome at what he does.

Taylor is very knowledgeable about the Temple/Killeen area and real estate in general. He found me an amazing investment opportunity and we closed on that property last week! It was literally the easiest and least-stressful buying process I’ve ever experienced. I’m currently working with him on completing that project and it has been a great experience so far. Definitely recommend working with Taylor if you can!

Taylor is awesome! As an out of state investor, it can be stressful and time consuming to set up your team and make the right connections. Not only did Taylor help me with this process, but he is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. I can't think of a single time I have requested help with something which he wasn't willing to go above and beyond for me. He is always quick to respond and has a great attitude. Taylor's deep industry knowledge and market expertise were invaluable in helping me make informed decisions. We completed 3 value add projects together last year and I look forward to working with Taylor more on future deals/projects.

As an investor Taylor has helped use purchase several properties in the temple area and is well informed on the current market and prime properties for both short and long term investment. We will continue to use him for our purchases because he fights for us and is very knowledgeable in real estate in the area.
