The Beacon Home Group began when our CEO, Katie Franco, fell in love with helping people achieve their property dreams. She entered the Real Estate field specializing in assisting Border Patrol agents, Federal service and military members, as well as law enforcement and their families, with relocation services. Over time, Katie’s genuine passion for kindling the light in others to help them achieve their goals grew to more than just finding a new home in the Yuma community. Her expertise lends a hand to investors, estate planning, and career mentorship and beyond. Katie and her team were right there on top of every move of our sale & escrow. There knowledge & professionalism stands out way above others I have dealth with. Even when times looked a little bleak their attitude was always on the up side. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell their real estate.

They handled the sale of two properties for us as well as the purchase of another property - all to close at the same time. Not an easy feat but they made it all happen for us with such ease on our part. I would highly recommend using Cece and Katie for any of your real estate needs. They went over and beyond our expectations to handle every little detail.

Amazing Team—Highly Recommend!
We recently purchased a home with the help of the Beacon Home Group, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. One of the things that impressed us most was the seamless teamwork across their entire group.
Scott helped us on our first trip to look at homes, and when we came back to town and he wasn’t available, Maria stepped in without missing a beat. Altogether, we looked at more than a dozen homes, and every showing was handled with professionalism and patience.
When we were ready to make an offer, Katie guided us through the process clearly and confidently. She and Summer both supported us all the way through closing, keeping us informed and making sure every detail was handled.
Their coordination, communication, and dedication were exceptional. We are very happy with the service we received and highly recommend The Beacon Home Group.

The Beacon Home Group was amazing! My friend recommended me to Katie and she did not disappoint. The communication was amazing, if I had any questions she was always on it even if she didn't have an answer right away she always made sure to get back to me asap. The home buying process can be a little overwhelming but Katie made my first home buying experience super flawless. There is a lot of information to take in all at once but once Katie explains it all, it is a lot easier to understand. I would recommend Katie and The Beacon Home Group to anyone looking to buy. She is straight forward and does not beat around the bush just to make a paycheck. She insures that you are happy and content with the home you are purchasing.
