About us
Johnna Brown is an investor and investor-friendly agent specializing in Short Term, Medium Term and Long-Term Rentals. Johnna have always had a passion for real estate and investing, starting with the purchase of her 1st property, a 3-bedroom townhouse, at the age of 19. Selling that townhouse at the age of 21 to buy the home she lives in now. In 2017 Johnna and her husband, Jeff, started acquiring investment properties. Currently owning 13 properties and working towards the goal of 60 total properties. She has a mix of Long-Term and Short-Term Rentals plus solid experience with Mid-Term Rentals by offering the STRs to traveling nurses in the off season. The Long-Term Rentals are located in Manchester, Laconia, and Newmarket NH and the Short-Term Rentals are in Gilford NH, Laconia NH, Old Orchard Beach ME and Wells ME. Shortly after buying and renovating their 1st Short-Term Rental in 2021, Johnna obtained Airbnb Super Host and VRBO Premium Host statuses. She has maintained the status for the past 3 years and they now have 5 Short Term Rental Listings. Johnna enjoys going above and beyond on the amenities supplied to guests and providing guests with an extravagant vacation experience!

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better realtor. From the very beginning, she put in so much time and effort to help us find the right home.
Her communication was hands down one of the best parts of working with her. She responded so quickly, always had an answer (or found one right away), and made sure we understood everything throughout the entire process. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but she made it feel so much easier.
She also never thought twice about driving wherever we wanted to look. Whether it was close by or a bit of a hike, she was always willing to meet us with a smile and made us feel like we were her top priority.
On top of being an amazing realtor, she's just an awesome person. She's easy to talk to, down to earth, funny, and genuinely someone you'd want to grab a coffee or a drink with. By the end of everything, it felt like we had made a friend.
If you're looking for someone who truly cares, works incredibly hard, knows her stuff, and will go above and beyond for you, she's the person you want in your corner. We are so grateful for everything she did to help make our dream of owning a home come true. We can't recommend her enough!

Johnna was seriously amazing. She made selling our house way easier than we ever thought it would be. She handled all of the stressful stuff so we didn’t have to. She lined up cleaners, helped us pack before the open house, kept everything organized, and was always one step ahead.
Honestly, all we had to do was trust her and show up to sign the papers.
On top of making the whole process basically stress-free, she got us $55,000 over asking price. We were blown away.
If you’re looking for a realtor who actually cares, works her butt off, and goes way above and beyond, Johnna is the one. We can’t thank her enough for everything she did for our family. I’d recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

I don’t even know how to begin! Johnna was simply AMAZING. We started working with her from out of state. She was great with communication and just went above and beyond to help us. She went to an open house for us in a winter storm! She listens and is there for your protection the whole time. Her knowledge and guidance is unmatched. We went under contract and then during the inspection we were not pleased but she had made sure we were protected and we didn’t loose any money. Then we landed our dream home in a wonderful spot and she was so helpful and fun. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about her. If we ever have to do any real estate in the future she will be our first call! Thank you Johnna!!!

As first-time home buyers, my family and I truly didn’t know much about the process — but Johnna guided us every step of the way with patience, care, and expertise. From day one, she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always made us feel like a priority.
What really set Johnna apart was how much she genuinely cared. Not only did she help us find the perfect home, she went out of her way to support us even after closing. One moment we’ll never forget is when she personally purchased trash bags for our family because we didn’t even have Ian idea on how that trash things work. It may seem small, but to us, it showed the kind of heart and attention to detail that defines who Johnna is.
She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and even enjoyable. Her honesty, professionalism, and kindness were unmatched, and we’re beyond grateful to have had her by our side.
