We just wanted to say a huge Thank You to you and your team that worked so hard to help us find, decide, negotiate, offer, & close on our first STR in Boone, NC, especially Olivia!!!!
Our close on September 29th was quick & easy from all the prep work your team did.
We went live the week of closing and successfully hosted our first guest that same weekend!!!!
We’ve got 3 more bookings in Oct.

Working with Olivia, Tyler, Schumi, and the entire Savvy team was such a wonderful experience! From start to finish, they made the process smooth, professional, and stress-free. Olivia especially went above and beyond — not only guiding us through every step with care, but also taking the time to show us around, explain details clearly, and even record video during closing since we couldn’t be there in person. That extra thoughtfulness meant so much and gave us complete peace of mind.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! Selling a home can be stressful, but working with Tyler made the entire experience very smooth! He and his team were professional, incredibly helpful, and always quick to respond. From start to finish, he handled everything with care and precision. I truly felt supported every step of the way. So grateful for his expertise—highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the West North Carolina area!

Very knowledgeable! Helped us focus our efforts on worthwhile properties. We had a fantastic experience working with Tyler and his team to purchase our first short-term rental property. From the start, he demonstrated deep knowledge of the market, helping us focus on properties that were truly worth our time and investment. His expertise saved us from making costly mistakes, and he was always honest and strategic in his approach.
One moment that stood out was when we made an offer on a property that had been sitting on the market with no interest. The listing agent suddenly claimed multiple offers had appeared, but Tyler quickly called out the bluff, ensuring we didn’t get caught up in unnecessary bidding drama. His confidence and ability to navigate these situations gave us a huge advantage.
If you’re looking for a realtor who knows the market inside and out, advocates fiercely for his clients, and truly has your best interests at heart, we highly recommend Tyler. We’ll definitely be working with him again in the future!

My wife and I worked with Tyler and his team in October of 2022. I live in California and wanted to invest in the smokies but was interested in the WNC side. Tyler answered and told me everything I wanted to know and more. I booked a 15 minute call with him and he went over 45 minutes initially answering questions and telling me about the beauty of WNC. When we settled on our cabin, he alleviated all my anxiety by talking me through all my doubts and was patient with my concerns. To say he held my hand, is an understatement and him and his team were there whenever I called. I think what is the ABSOLUTE difference between him and others I’ve worked with is that HE STILL HELPS ME NOW!. I’ve called/texted him for help and a year later he is still there for me! Truly a fantastic team!
