A little about me...

I got my start in real estate as a scattered-site property manager in Milwaukee, WI, overseeing a portfolio of 450 rentals—from single-family homes to 16-unit buildings. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how to underwrite and operate long-term rental properties, which I now use to help investors make smarter, more informed decisions.

During that time, I also purchased a duplex which I did a successful value add house-hack over a span of 4 years which launched my personal investing journey.

Since then, I’ve helped numerous clients grow their rental portfolios, buy and sell flips, have successful BRRRR deals and even help people find their forever homes. I also own and operate my own flipping business, which has given me hands-on experience with rehabs, contractor management, and cost control—knowledge that I bring to every client's deal.

I’ve also appeared on two episodes of The American Dream TV—a nationally televised show that’s aired on HGTV and the Travel Channel—where I had the opportunity to showcase local businesses, communities, and investment properties. Check out the youtube links on my profile for the episodes!

I currently live in Austin TX but I still operate in Milwaukee, WI, through a trusted partner, Drew Lied—an experienced investor and agent who helps clients build portfolios in that market. Together, we assist both local and out-of-state investors.
