The process was quick and required very little of me. My agent, Carmen showed me all kinds of houses that fit into why I was looking for. She helped me understand all the questions I had. When it came time for closing on the house I chose, it was faster than I had expected and I even received a small amount of money at closing instead of paying thousands. I would definitely come back to Carmen and Brian Burds when I buy another home.

Earth and the rest of the Burds team greatly assisted me in this purchase, started while I was still in Seattle. We encountered several issues with seller to which the team, in my opinion cleared all those issues quickly and efficiently, making this a smooth transformation for me once I arrived back in El Paso and handed the keys. I highly recommend them, and if I decide to relocate again, they will get the call.

Micaela was very helpful throughout the entire home buying process. She was very quick to respond to any questions I had along the way and was extremely flexible as I was purchasing this home 100% online as an away-client. I went from looking for a home to closing within 30 days in part due to Micaela! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in or near El Paso!

Just want to take the time and appreciate everything Guillermo Garcia did for me and my family in helping us buy our first home.. as it can be really stressful he always picked up the phone no matter what time it was during the week and always answered our questions. I would definitely consider him for anyone looking to buy or sell a home he is definitely worth having as a realtor.
