Being extremely involved and without being neglectful or overly ambitious. We came to Carmen with a very short deadline due to us being evicted (because the home owner was selling the house) and being requested to vacate the house within 60 days. Both of these exceptional women got to work immediately. Throughout the process we went looking for homes both online and in person, until we came upon the home we wanted to call our own and then began the paperwork. The paperwork was. . . . . .very stressful, tiring, nerve racking and extraneous, however, they made it seem effortless. Through the process we ran into many bumps and everything, it kept getting worse and worse. One excruciating obstacle after another until we reached the end, then again, lost hope, due to bureaucracy. My handsome and I got married 6 months ago and we were talking about having our own house in the future. We decided to venture into seeing the houses in person and that’s how we met Micaela. She guided us in the process for absolutely everything. There were times I was terrified because we didn’t have the funds for those big closing costs but Micaela assured us everything was going to be ok and she helped us to find at options. She always was there for us for any questions or worries. We feel very lucky that we met her. I believe it took about a month for us to find our house and we closed today with no worries.
