About us
Specializing in residential real estate and familiar with BRRRR, STR, MTR, LTR and Fix and Flip methods. Personally owns a small portfolio and looking to grow it in the next few years. Kelly was raised in metro Atlanta and has spent the last 30 years in and around the Columbus area, currently residing in Harris County. She is a two time graduate of LaGrange College '98 and '07. Before entering real estate, she enjoyed 17 years in the education field where she developed excellent skills in communication, technology and leadership. As a result, the transition to real estate felt like a natural fit where she could continue to serve others providing the resources, reliability and education that is needed for an ideal real estate transaction - whether serving a buyer or a seller.

Buying our first home felt overwhelming at first for my Husband and I but Kelly made the entire experience easier than we ever imagined. She walked my husband and me through every step with patience, kindness, and so much expertise. She took the time to understand what we really wanted, never pressured us, and always provided honest insight.
From showings to negotiations to closing day, she went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and supported. We are so grateful for her dedication and genuinely caring approach. We truly couldn’t have done this without her, and we’re thrilled to be in our first home. It makes me wonder if she ever sleeps, She's always on top of things! I absolutely recommend using Kelly if you're interested in buying or selling. She's kind, funny and just fun to work with😀

Kelly Johnson is hands-down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. She handled the sale of three different multi-family properties for me—each one with its own headaches—and made it all feel effortless. I wasn’t even in the same state, and she still kept everything moving with lenders, buyers, and contractors without missing a beat. Kelly knows her business, communicates clearly, and gets things done. The only reason I’m giving her five stars is because Google doesn’t offer ten. You’d be crazy not to trust her with all of your real estate needs.

Kelly is honestly the best realtor we have ever encountered. Goes above and beyond for her clients including getting the property ready for market while respecting your budget. She provided us with reliable referrals to contractors and even managed and oversaw their work to make sure everything was done perfectly to get the best value for our home and routinely sent us photos and videos. This was very important since we were working out of state/long-distance. She is extremely professional, trustworthy, reliable, and responsive (even after hours and on weekends!). If you need to sell a property, do not hesitate to use Kelly! High recommend!!

I was lucky enough to be paired with Kelly when I submitted a Zillow inquiry. As a first time home buyer, I didn’t know what was needed. Kelly was amazing. She responded quickly, helped me make informed decisions, and negotiated the perfect house for me. If you need a good realtor who is going to be honest and advocate for you, she is your person!
