Househacking and buy and hold suburban investment is my specialty! If you are ready to take the plunge and househack or buy your first home as an investment I am the agent for you! I am an agent and investor in Central Ohio focusing on Single Family and small Multi-Family properties. I can assist with finding House Hacks, Live in Flips, and Buy and Hold properties. I have additional expertise in the short and medium term rental market. My goal is help NEW and seasoned investor find great properties and feel confident in their purchases. I am here to help my clients whether its buying, selling, or 1031 exchange. Being a seasoned investor myself, I have a wealth knowledge when is comes to renting and rehabbing in Central Ohio. As well I have built a large network of trades people in central Ohio that I am always happy to connect my clients with. Let me help you build your team! Isabelle was a great realtor who was very communicative and helpful! She guided me through the process and was always transparent. If something didn’t feel right she didn’t push and was supportive of what was best for the customer. Would highly recommend and use again!

If you are looking for an incredible realtor, I cannot recommend Isabelle highly enough! Purchasing a home from across the country without seeing it in person was a huge leap of faith, but Isabella made the entire experience smooth, stress free, and exciting from start to finish.
