Communication is the most important thing to me! After connecting with me you will receive a confirmation text or call within 45 minutes. After 5pm and on weekends I am typically less available as I am spending time with my family. I specialize in out of state purchases, LTR & MTR, and multifamily (2-4 units ONLY). My name is Preston Dean and I have the pleasure of being a realtor with United Real Estate. I am a follower of Christ, husband, father, and former Athletic Coordinator with a masters in Educational Leadership. With my background in education and desire to learn and lead, I have been able to use my talents and abilities to help my clients find the house of their dreams. Taking the time to intentionally listen and ask open ended questions to my clients is something I pride myself on. I look forward to learning about your goals and helping you with any & all of your real estate needs!

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Preston through several business transactions, and I can confidently say he is a man of strong character and integrity. Preston conducts his business honestly and professionally, always following through on his commitments and treating people with respect.
He is a devoted Christian and family man, and those values clearly carry over into how he works with clients and business partners. Communication is always clear, expectations are handled professionally, and he genuinely cares about doing what’s right rather than just closing a deal.

Preston did an exceptional job in helping my wife and I find our new home. Throughout the new construction building process his calm and encouraging disposition led to an enjoyable experience.
He accompanied us on several meetings which included, design plans, floor layouts, blue tape walk-thru, etc.
Always caring, sensitive and accommodating to his clients we were blessed to know Preston over the last 6 months.
If you are looking for a hard working, honest and dedicated realtor Preston Dean is the right guy for you.
