David helped me buy an amazing house in Old Fourth Ward in 2023 that we’re using as a furnished rental. His previous relationships with the seller and property manager really helped us lock the deal up. He was professional, very knowledgeable about the furnished rental industry, always very responsive, and has been a pleasure to work with.
