Josh and Good Life Lending are absolutely spectacular to work with! As a repeat borrower for multiple flips this year and last, every transaction has been seamless! The draw process is spot on! Funds come as needed and fast so that all of my subs are paid in a timely fashion and happy! Getting to the finish line is easy with Josh and Good Life Lending in my corner! I turned my projects quickly and use top notch subcontractors and material so having an amazing finance partner in my corner is key! I just closed on my sixth transaction today with Josh and GLL and I'm under contract for an October closing on a future project house with their amazing help as well! You can rest assured they will continue to be my go-to for financing all future projects moving forward!

Absolutely blown away with how easy it was to get this loan processed. A completely online loan process, awesome communication. I always knew where I was in the process, and we closed on time. This is definitely a funding source to keep in your tool belt if you ever need some money quick.

I have used Goodlife lending for two deals. They have been great to work with. Very quick approval process, easy to upload required documents and funds available very quickly. Josh is great to work with and makes the process seamless.
