Shanen was an amazing agent. I was selling my out of state property and had a lot of fixes and other issues in order to get it ready to sell. She helped us with all of it. Estate sale, finding contractors etc. Also the buyer made who purchased it made the offer within about 12 hours of putting it on the market.
We found Shanen and the Kingsbury Group through Dave Ramsey. We can’t recommend them enough.
