JWB managed a property I was purchasing on a lease option to purchase and fail to pay the property taxes resulting in my home to sale at tax sale . I only had eight months to finish paying off the property. As a result my family was ordered to leave the property robbing my family of our home.

Waiting for a response and resolution to rectify this one star review. This company bought half of the duplex behind me, installed a 100 Watt flood light pointing up over the fence. Now my property is completely flooded with light and my back yard is useless unless you enjoy being blinded. This light is so bright it shines through all my windows keeping me up all night. To top it off this light was installed incorretly and will flash and flicker all night long, I worry its a fire hazard. To top it all off, this flood light is on a switch and I have endlessly requested to their tentant to please have the light off when not in use, instead they turn it on when they go to bed ruining my entire nights sleep. The property has also never been mowed, well until I called the blight department to have it handled. Additionally there is trash covering the expanse of the entire front yard that has been there for months and no one is making an attempt to clean the place up. I do not know how it is renting from this company but based on how they are currently treating me one of their neighbors WHO HAS REPEATEDLY OFFERED TO BUY A REPLACEMENT PORCH LIGHT, to replace the 100 Watt flood light which is currently ruining my life. For the record this was typed at 4am after being woken up again from that broken flickering 100 Watt inncorrectly set flood light. Please Help!! You will be endlessly hearing from me to get this resolved!! The light pollution and disrespect to neighbors of your propertys must stop immeadiately!! WHY IS THIS LIGHT ON ALL NIGHT? SHUT IT OFF!!
