⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staying with AvantStay was an incredible experience from start to finish. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set them apart. The booking process was seamless, the property was immaculate, and every amenity exceeded our expectations. The team was responsive, helpful, and made sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. It felt like they genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience.

Property we rented in Arch Cape Oregon was disappointing. Turn on the vent for the oven and the fireplace in the living room turned on?! See video in this review. Refrigerator was broken. Washing machine leaks water everywhere (again see attached picture). Reported the issues to the property manager, a lady named Sarah came by and dropped off a bag of ice to “solve” the refrigerator issue. Then she proceeded to argue with the group of us about the poor state of the property. We finally got her to leave by calling the police. Reported and documented all of this and AvantStay has ignored and denied all of the issues we reported with our stay. Thoroughly unpleasant company to deal with.

We had an amazing stay. The pictures are accurate to the home. Everything made us feel comfortable and at home. We requested early check in and late check out and both were approved making things much easier. We could do it from the app which made it simple. I felt like they go beyond to make things happen for you. Beautiful home. Close to the water, Quiet neighborhood, we took our dog and the fenced in back yard was perfect for her play time. Would certainly stay again and recommend.

Part of me wants to lie and leave a scathing review so I can keep this absolute gem all to myself. Our hosts had thought of everything. The home was immaculate, and well-appointed. I loved every single thing about it! The location was amazing. The layout of the house itself was so thoughtful. The toiletries were divine. The furniture was incredibly comfortable, particularly the beds and recliners. Need to run the washing machine? They got you. Detergent is there. Good to go. This is a little thing, but the placement of the outdoor trash can relative to the indoor trash can was really convenient. It meant a lot that they thought of things like that. We had no issues, but when we contacted the hosts with a question, we were answered immediately. They were warm, and eager to help. We saw bunnies, eagles, and crabs every single day. We made beautiful memories and are already planning a return trip!

We stayed in Park City and stayed at the Kestrel location in mid-April. The condo is the perfect place for spending quality time with people you love. All of the details, from the sheets to the appliances, are high quality and in excellent condition. Everything was very clean. The staff was super-attentive, too. They reached out to welcome us when we arrived via text, and later in the week I had a question and texted them, and they responded right away and took care of everything. There are beautiful gas fireplaces in each bedroom and in the living room- so cozy! The kitchen is very well appointed. The location is so convenient , central to skiing, hiking, and shopping. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too. I’m already planning my next visit!

The home was exceptional! As soon as the front gates opened, we were all stunned by the beauty of the home and surroundings. The staff at AvantStay were extremely professional and responsive. We had a group of 9 friends( 4 couples and a single) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor living space is beautiful and the proximity to downtown Palm Springs can’t be beat. The history of the home is so interesting. We look forward to an another stay in the near future. Thank you for making my birthday celebration extra special.

As a family of seven plus two dogs, we have made our rounds in a lot of different AirBnBs. This is the absolute gem we had been searching for. The space was beautiful and calming throughout. The beds were extremely comfortable (a rarity). The game room had great options. Plus the house came stocked with so many basics (plates, glasses, grilling utensils, silverware, cookware, bakeware, towels, etc) that we really could get in and enjoy vacation immediately. But then…there is the outdoor space. Unbelievable. We spent most of our waking moments outside. It’s absolutely gorgeous out there - what a dream. The outdoor kitchen, incredible deep pool and built-in spa, huge boat dock, gas and wood burning fire pits, and little gazebo and playground were so perfect for our whole family. It’s a huge space outside, fenced in for the dogs, and incredibly quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of the lake. This is the first place we’ve stayed that we want to return to over and over again.

Our stay at AvanStay during spring break was absolutely amazing! Everything went so smoothly from check-in to check-out. The place had everything we needed. From a fully stocked kitchenwares for us to use for all our meals, to a fun and relaxing hot tub we enjoyed every night. The beds were very comfy with high-quality bed sheets and blankets, and fluffy pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. There were thoughtful touches everywhere—plenty of towels, extra blankets, games for the kids, and even a little welcome note with gifts that made us smile. We also loved how spacious and private the whole place felt. It was the perfect spot to unwind, make memories, and enjoy time together. We definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable getaway. We’d come back again in a heartbeat! The pictures are our view from the house.
