We had an amazing stay. The pictures are accurate to the home. Everything made us feel comfortable and at home. We requested early check in and late check out and both were approved making things much easier. We could do it from the app which made it simple. I felt like they go beyond to make things happen for you. Beautiful home. Close to the water, Quiet neighborhood, we took our dog and the fenced in back yard was perfect for her play time. Would certainly stay again and recommend.

Part of me wants to lie and leave a scathing review so I can keep this absolute gem all to myself. Our hosts had thought of everything. The home was immaculate, and well-appointed. I loved every single thing about it! The location was amazing. The layout of the house itself was so thoughtful. The toiletries were divine. The furniture was incredibly comfortable, particularly the beds and recliners. Need to run the washing machine? They got you. Detergent is there. Good to go. This is a little thing, but the placement of the outdoor trash can relative to the indoor trash can was really convenient. It meant a lot that they thought of things like that. We had no issues, but when we contacted the hosts with a question, we were answered immediately. They were warm, and eager to help. We saw bunnies, eagles, and crabs every single day. We made beautiful memories and are already planning a return trip!

We stayed in Park City and stayed at the Kestrel location in mid-April. The condo is the perfect place for spending quality time with people you love. All of the details, from the sheets to the appliances, are high quality and in excellent condition. Everything was very clean. The staff was super-attentive, too. They reached out to welcome us when we arrived via text, and later in the week I had a question and texted them, and they responded right away and took care of everything. There are beautiful gas fireplaces in each bedroom and in the living room- so cozy! The kitchen is very well appointed. The location is so convenient , central to skiing, hiking, and shopping. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too. I’m already planning my next visit!

The home was exceptional! As soon as the front gates opened, we were all stunned by the beauty of the home and surroundings. The staff at AvantStay were extremely professional and responsive. We had a group of 9 friends( 4 couples and a single) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor living space is beautiful and the proximity to downtown Palm Springs can’t be beat. The history of the home is so interesting. We look forward to an another stay in the near future. Thank you for making my birthday celebration extra special.

As a family of seven plus two dogs, we have made our rounds in a lot of different AirBnBs. This is the absolute gem we had been searching for. The space was beautiful and calming throughout. The beds were extremely comfortable (a rarity). The game room had great options. Plus the house came stocked with so many basics (plates, glasses, grilling utensils, silverware, cookware, bakeware, towels, etc) that we really could get in and enjoy vacation immediately. But then…there is the outdoor space. Unbelievable. We spent most of our waking moments outside. It’s absolutely gorgeous out there - what a dream. The outdoor kitchen, incredible deep pool and built-in spa, huge boat dock, gas and wood burning fire pits, and little gazebo and playground were so perfect for our whole family. It’s a huge space outside, fenced in for the dogs, and incredibly quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of the lake. This is the first place we’ve stayed that we want to return to over and over again.

If I could post negative stars I would. Make sure to look at how many other poor reviews that have the same issues that we faced, photos of homes don’t match, run down, dirty homes. We rented a home from Avant Stay in CAVE CREEK Arizona 5708 E Miramonte called SUNBEAM,at a cost of over $7000 for 6 nights. We arrived after 9:00pm and left by 6:00 pm the following day. The furniture depicted in the listing is not what is at the home. The home is in a major state of disrepair. The furniture that is in the home is filthy and disgusting. The carpet is also stained everywhere. The pillows smell like dirty hair. The balcony has flooring that is coming up and sticks to your feet. They did not check this home before we arrived because a window was wide open in one bathroom and the home was a freezing 60 degrees upon our arrival. It wasn’t until the next morning that we were able to see how bad this home was and compared it to the photos and realized we had been duped. There was an umbrella thrown over on the patio, the pool skimmer was thrown in the pool. The listing said the hot tub heat was included, it was ice cold not that it mattered because it is dirty and stained. The couches in the home are stained. There were hairs stuck to the wall in the bathroom, one shower curtain was cut so short that water would pour out. There is no closet in the master bedroom, just a flimsy rack in the bathroom for your clothes. The home was not properly cleaned at all. We departed the home at 6:00pm, after being out of the home during the day and working to find somewhere else to stay. We were in the home less than 24 hours. We requested a refund for the 5 nights since we were there only one night. It’s fraudulent and dishonest to have photos that are not what the home looks like. This home is a in a major state of disrepair and Avant Stay is well aware of this. They do not take any accountability nor do the right thing when they are well aware of how bad this home is. I will post pictures of the listing (those are the nice looking ones) and photos of what the home and furniture looks like. Stay far away from Avant Stay and the rental on CAVE CREEK ARIZONA unless you want to pay a high rental fee for a dirty house with gross furniture in a home that is falling apart. First photos are the actual home, photos at the end are listing photos, edited to add two more photos at the end of the hair on the wall and the filthy patio screen.

This cabin is very nice and the views are magnificent!! Has all the kitchen supplies you need and beautiful furnished balconies! The home is spacious and well laid out for 8 people comfortably. Nicely decorated and comfortable. If you come in the snow be sure to have chains or a 4 wheel drive because the area the cabin is located has very steep streets which is why the view is so spectacular !Only 1 negative about this property…. The spa says it was 104 degrees but at best it was 92. The temperature would not go higher than 104 and it definitely was not accurate. I would book this place again!

Our family had a wonderful time at the property! I wished we opted to heat the pool so the kids could enjoy it. If you’re on the fence of paying to heat the pool, I highly recommend you go for it!!!! There was lots of space and we appreciated all the bedding since it got cool in the evening. We would’ve loved some additional kitchen tools for cooking (pizza cutter, sharper knives, larger cutting board, Tupperware with lids that fit or maybe just some foil). Very very small recommendation to an otherwise perfect stay!
