Recently my old renter company transferred ownership to them. At first them seemed okay but later realized they just want to take your money. Coming in they begin to change rules that have been in place since moving there & even being a tenat that has been there for years way before even the last company was owners they dont care i pay rent on time & dont bother no one or even beg for repairs that’s needed. & the lease agreements dont even has incentives or anything everything is the tenants responsibility. Just sucks i really like my place but i highly considering moving if they stay as management.

I've been with RPM for over half a year, and they have been perfect. They respond promptly and competently to concerns, and have fair, clear policies outlined for tenants. Best company I've ever rented from, without a doubt.

We recently transferred our rental properties (small apartment buildings) from another local management company to these guys. What a huge difference from an owner standpoint. I have also received feedback from tenants that they are now able to reach our management company, when it was nearly impossible with our previous one.
We feel like we have a team of people working for us and the best interest of our properties as well as our tenants. We have owned rental properties for over 20 years and had a few management companies along the way but none anywhere near as good as these guys.
Real Property Management Sunstate is doing a phenomenal job. We only wish we would have made the move earlier.
