Couldn’t be happier with the service. We had some plumbing issues on Friday morning and were concerned we’d have no bathroom access all weekend but RPM got someone out to the home within a few hours and had everything resolved. They are great to work with and always prompt to get back to me with any and all concerns. 5 stars ⭐️

They offer great rental rates, are helpful when it comes to figuring out about getting things fixed, they offer a rental program called flex that helps with rent big time being able to split it into two payments. Awesome Staff, All in all an amazing property management company.

Leah is super attentive and gets all maintenance jobs done in a very timely manner!! So far have been very happy with our experience since she has been working with us

Had to edit my review!! I didn't do five stars because of the amount of time it took to get things right!! However working with Patti, I found she is very caring about what is going on!! And irish is a sweetheart!! AJ the tech I met. Explained everything to me!! Luckily I am a mechanic as well as my friend that is an electrican!! So I understood everything he was explaining!! This house is a bit Quirky, unlike any house I ever rented or owned!! But I am really enjoying it!! There is a family of squirrels in the backyard!!! Has a great layout, the bedrooms are opposite sides of the house and there is a fireplace!!

Lorraine Is a very easy lady to work with. She listens very carefully to what your problem is and calmly spends time to resolve your issue. When Lorraine says she will call you back she calls you back which is very refreshing. I had an issue with my refrigerator ceasing to work and Lorraine spent a very long time searching products to get me a new one as quickly as possible.. She was able to get me a very quick delivery. It was a pleasure to work with her and I look forward to keep working with her..

Recently my old renter company transferred ownership to them. At first them seemed okay but later realized they just want to take your money. Coming in they begin to change rules that have been in place since moving there & even being a tenat that has been there for years way before even the last company was owners they dont care i pay rent on time & dont bother no one or even beg for repairs that’s needed. & the lease agreements dont even has incentives or anything everything is the tenants responsibility. Just sucks i really like my place but i highly considering moving if they stay as management.
