Blue Chariot's Real Estate Agency and Rental Property Management covers the Triangle & Triad areas of North Carolina. We Broker Real Estate Deals and Manage Residential Rentals in and near the Triangle Cities of Durham, Raleigh, Cary, Chapel Hill, Roxboro and others; plus, the Triad Cities of Greensboro and Burlington – including all areas in-between and around from Wilson to Winston-Salem. Blue Chariot Realty & Management was founded in 2018 by Jonathan Taylor ("J.T.") Smith — Entrepreneur, Podcaster, Real Estate Investor, Landlord & Property Manager, Licensed Real Estate Broker / Agent (REALTOR®).
J.T. originally created Blue Chariot in 2015 to engage in the Business of Real Estate Investing and to perform the Service of Residential Re-Development. Blue Chariot benefits People and Triangle NC Neighborhoods by Rehabbing Distressed Houses into Rental Properties — while helping other Investors, Home Buyers, Sellers and Renters (one house at a time).
Recently, Blue Chariot has also expanded to Greensboro / Winston-Salem (Triad) cities of NC. And will soon expand to the Danville and South Boston areas of Virginia.

Home is sacred to me, I love everything about being a homeowner and take tremendous pride in ownership. I have moved once in 30 years. This move was particularly significant because, it was not planned. There are times you have to trust the process and keep your eyes on the prize.
Jonathans ability to help me stay focused provided me with the ability to keep the ball moving and get back to my happy place.
Highly recommended and highly appreciated!

Blue Chariot Realty is an amazing management company. Jonathan provides the amazing service with top-notch expertise in his field. He saved a deal that fell through by going back to the buyer and professionally renegotiating the deal to the satisfaction of all parties. Some of his recommendations led to a quick sale during these harsh economic times. If you have any reservation, do not, Jonathan will save the day.

Really great experience as a tenant under Blue Chariot Realty and Management. Everything from the application process to the move-out walk through was very seamless. A couple of things came up with the house during the year lease and every question/concern was promptly answered/taken care of. I took care of the home as if it were my own and I appreciated not being taken advantage of when it came time to return the security deposit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a property management company in the triangle.
