Tucson based husband/wife team that run our own Airbnb and manage 14 long term single family rentals for ourselves and partners. We help clients buy STR, buy and hold properties, multi-family, student housing, and bread and butter primary residences. We thought we would have an amazing experience… we saw the property and loved it… but before we even made an offer Eric stated “offer is not accepted by owner”.
And then wouldn’t answer back as to why/give an explanation at all for the miscommunication.
Unprofessional and not transparent.

Emily and Eric are very knowledgeable about investment and have a lot experience themselves. We learnt a lot during the investment process and will continue working with them in our investment journey.
