We thought we would have an amazing experience… we saw the property and loved it… but before we even made an offer Eric stated “offer is not accepted by owner”.
And then wouldn’t answer back as to why/give an explanation at all for the miscommunication.
Unprofessional and not transparent.

Emily and Eric are very knowledgeable about investment and have a lot experience themselves. We learnt a lot during the investment process and will continue working with them in our investment journey.
