We cannot recommend Josh Huglen from REAL Brokerage enough! We were first-time home buyers and had been looking for a while. Josh was very patient with us and answered all of our questions along the way. I highly recommend!

We are very lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Josh and the Huglen Real Estate Group. We bought our first property and could not be more satisfied. Josh always believed we would find the right home and it happened. Truly will be our only choice for future home purchases in MN. Highly recommend.

Josh is the best realtor in Rochester. He helped us remotely tour homes and was highly knowledgeable when it came to inspecting and pointing out issues. He took so much of the stress out of moving from across the country.

Josh is the best realtor we could have asked for. I could tell from the beginning that he wasn’t just trying to just sell us a home and make a sale. I really appreciated how honest and open he was. For example, the way he pointed out things in each home that might need attention or repairs. We looked at several homes, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured. Him and his team also found creative ways to help us with financing. Even after we purchased our home, Josh and his team have been available to answer questions and help us along the way. Bonus - he is also great with kids! Our son was 4 at the time and he still asks about Josh from time to time! He has definitely gone above and beyond what we expected!

I had the pleasure to work with Josh on selling my home. Josh had help one of my family members with their home purchase and they have a lot of good saying of him. Josh made the process of selling my home smoothly. With his knowledge and experience my home was sold very quickly. Josh goes above and beyond for me. Josh was great to work with. From the get go, I was impressed at his approach to business with us because he wasn’t out to make a quick buck with whoever would use his services, he wanted to make sure that we knew what we were looking for and that we would be a good fit for him and vice versa. He and his team are very responsive and committed to getting you what you need to get into the house you want. We highly recommend Josh and his team for your house hunt!

We contacted Josh from California where we lived and were selling our home to move to Rochester. With his help we bid on a home the same day we contacted him sight unseen. Josh quickly did a video walkthrough to confirm the photos online and description were accurate. He created a seamless process and our bid got the home. Just a perfect experience. When we had a question, Josh was within an hour each time getting back to us even with his busy schedule. Perfect experience, thanks Josh!
