Josh and Ann did amazing at meeting us where we were at with the sale of our home. Josh sat down with us to provide education, guide us, and prep our home to prepare for the sale. I would recommend him to friends and family for any house selling or buying needs.

We had such an easy home buying experience with the realtor and title company being in one place! Josh helped us find our home in under two weeks and we were able to close a month later. Josh and Ann were so kind and easy to work with. Would highly recommend working with them!

We cannot recommend Josh Huglen from REAL Brokerage enough! We were first-time home buyers and had been looking for a while. Josh was very patient with us and answered all of our questions along the way. I highly recommend!

We are very lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Josh and the Huglen Real Estate Group. We bought our first property and could not be more satisfied. Josh always believed we would find the right home and it happened. Truly will be our only choice for future home purchases in MN. Highly recommend.

Josh is the best realtor in Rochester. He helped us remotely tour homes and was highly knowledgeable when it came to inspecting and pointing out issues. He took so much of the stress out of moving from across the country.

Josh is the best realtor we could have asked for. I could tell from the beginning that he wasn’t just trying to just sell us a home and make a sale. I really appreciated how honest and open he was. For example, the way he pointed out things in each home that might need attention or repairs. We looked at several homes, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured. Him and his team also found creative ways to help us with financing. Even after we purchased our home, Josh and his team have been available to answer questions and help us along the way. Bonus - he is also great with kids! Our son was 4 at the time and he still asks about Josh from time to time! He has definitely gone above and beyond what we expected!
