We had such an easy home buying experience with the realtor and title company being in one place! Josh helped us find our home in under two weeks and we were able to close a month later. Josh and Ann were so kind and easy to work with. Would highly recommend working with them!

We cannot recommend Josh Huglen from REAL Brokerage enough! We were first-time home buyers and had been looking for a while. Josh was very patient with us and answered all of our questions along the way. I highly recommend!

Josh is the best realtor in Rochester. He helped us remotely tour homes and was highly knowledgeable when it came to inspecting and pointing out issues. He took so much of the stress out of moving from across the country.

Josh made the process of selling my home smoothly. With his knowledge and experience my home was sold very quickly. Josh goes above and beyond for me. Josh was great to work with. From the get go, I was impressed at his approach to business with us because he wasn’t out to make a quick buck with whoever would use his services, he wanted to make sure that we knew what we were looking for and that we would be a good fit for him and vice versa. He and his team are very responsive and committed to getting you what you need to get into the house you want. We highly recommend Josh and his team for your house hunt!

We contacted Josh from California where we lived and were selling our home to move to Rochester. With his help we bid on a home the same day we contacted him sight unseen. Josh quickly did a video walkthrough to confirm the photos online and description were accurate. He created a seamless process and our bid got the home. Just a perfect experience. When we had a question, Josh was within an hour each time getting back to us even with his busy schedule. Perfect experience, thanks Josh!
