I have been in real estate lending for over 23 years and have built an experienced team of industry veterans who share the same commitment to excellence. We combine the efficiency of modern technology with the insight that only comes from decades of closing loans and helping clients succeed. I grew up on Long Island and later attended UNLV in Las Vegas, where I earned my bachelor’s degree before beginning my career in mortgage lending. Today, I live in Henderson with my wife, Stefanie, and our three children. We are licensed in all 50 states and specialize in Conventional, FHA, VA, DSCR, refinance, and cash-out loans. From start to closing on my new home I had the best home purchase experience I've ever had out of over 10 moves. David Ross was incredibly helpful, was available at all hours to answer my questions, address my concerns, to provide guidance and his expertise. At the same time he was handling my daughter's second home purchase and her experience was the same. He made the entire experience, which could have been highly stressful, flow smoothly and professionally. He is the best!

Dave was great to work with. He gave me very detailed information and answered any questions I had. He even went the extra mile to to explain things to me he didn't have to and give advice. I would definitely work with him and his company on my next home purchase if I were to get one.
