Loan amounts between $100,000 and $149,999 are limited to 70% LTV or lower (at least 30% down payment or equity). DSCR loans below $100,000 are not available.

It has been great working with David Ross and Kara Kauffman, his transaction coordinator, on my investment property loan. As it was my first investor loan, David spent a considerable amount of time educating me on the specifics. David recently helped me with my first home purchase and I couldn't be happier with the entire process.
I'm self-employed and initially spoke with him over a year ago to see what I need to do to get my affairs in order.
After getting a notice of rent increase I figured I check with David - we talked financials, he did a soft inquiry on my credit and I was pre-approved with a letter to start looking at houses.
He and Kara helped me every step of the way, were patient with my questions, and kept the entire process smooth. They were prompt on follow up and often already had the things taken care of that I was likely worrying about.
We closed on time, had no hurdles and he locked in a great rate before they began to rise again. I will definitely work with David and his team in the future and will refer them to anyone looking into financing or refinancing their home.

The team he has is amazing as well, they will update and/or send/call to request anything that is needed to get everything processed in a timely manner.
