David did an excellent job selecting phenomenal homes my girlfriend and I could invest in without overwhelming us with too many choices. His friendly and down-to-earth demeanor made us feel very relaxed during a process that can be very stressful to first-time investors, like ourselves!

I went through a horrible experience with a very large property management team prior to finding David Goodman’s Chella Property Management Team. David and Jackson have been great in providing me with excellent service, finding a new tenant for my duplex within three weeks of switching over. They are quick to respond and strive to provide top-notch service. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a property manager.

David Goodman worked with me to look at a variety of houses, offering advice tailored to my needs and situation. He always offered honest and thorough assessment of properties.
He aggressively negotiated with the seller of my home to bring the price down $30k, for the seller to pay all closing costs, and got the seller to give me $10k on close.

As investors, he directly helped from start to finish and even past finish with helping us get the house rented out, giving us contacts to local contractors, and went out of his way to make sure we were successful.
