We had a smooth and stress free experience renting an apartment through four points property management. Tyler Wessels was easy to schedule a showing with, kindly answered all of our questions, and kept consistent communication with us throughout the process. I would definitely reach out to him in the future for any renting/buying needs!

Micheal Cognac was amazing throughout everything. Me and my girlfriend we’re looking to move out and get our first place together and be first time renters and we couldn’t have gotten luckier then getting Micheal to help us. Immediately upon meeting us, he met us with a smile and was able to thoroughly explain everything. He walked us through every question and gave us above and beyond service. Available and quick responding and very genuine. He makes everything make sense and a really honest guy and make sure you get above and beyond service.

I highly recommend using Four Points for your rental needs. I had the pleasure of working with Tyler. He was very helpful and responsive with all of my questions. The rental application process was easy and very smooth to work with.

Absolutely do not recommend. They start off professional and once the lease is signed that all drops off quickly. There is no one to speak with anyone on the phone. In the case of an emergency you are reliant on email (business hours only), text ( Monday-Friday 9-5 only), or an answering machine that doesn't seem to be checked. Maintenance request are 50/50. Some are handled in a timely manner, while others take 3 plus weeks to handle.
Heating seems to be an issue at multiple locations, with their response being to offer an electric heater.
I am curious if the property owners are aware of the lack of good communication, as well as how many complaints their tenants actually have.

Emilio was amazing at helping us find our new home sight unseen when moving from out of state. He was attentive and responsive. We moved in 6 weeks and part of that was Emilio’s attention to detail and consistent communication. Thank you!

My parents moved into a new apartment recently, and Carolina and Anna helped us throughout the entire leasing process. She answered all our questions, gave the walkthrough, and made sure we felt comfortable. The welcome basket they gave my parents was such a kind touch. The place was clean and ready when we arrived. Really positive first experience with Four Points.

Working with Carolina Guzman has been a great experience—she has been very accommodating and easy to work with. The only issue I had was that when I first moved in, the apartment was not as clean as I expected. The toilet, bathtub, and windows in particular needed more attention, and I wish they had been professionally cleaned beforehand. Aside from that, everything else has been good.
