I’m a lifelong Alabamian and have lived in Madison County for over 40 years, with deep, boots-on-the-ground knowledge of Huntsville, Madison, Hampton Cove, and Owens Cross Roads. Working with Steve was an absolute dream. We chose him for his experience and expertise in the Huntsville market, and he did not disappoint. He also did a wonderful job guiding us through the process. We had some unique family circumstances that made selling a little more complicated than normal, and he was not fazed at all. Steve gives excellent advice and told us exactly what we needed to know and what we didn't need to worry about. He always stays calm and knows when to be more proactive and when to give the client space. He works extremely efficiently, knows how to use appropriate technology, and everyone he works with is a class act. He was a trustworthy advisor during a stressful time and our sale could not have gone any more smoothly. You will not go wrong with him as a realtor. My family and I highly recommend Steve Stinson and his associates for your real estate needs. Steve is associated with the prestigious firm of Keller Williams. Due to family illness, we decided to list our property for a quick sale. After two years of on/off market experiences we chose Steve to represent our home in the most positive way possible. He took professional photos that showcased the specialty of our home. He forewarned us that it would take “time”. He assured us that he would pursue every angle he had in his playbook, even down to the “magic sign”. We had many ups and downs and at times “doubt” crept in, BUT Steve reminded us that quitting never wins the game. He did so much communicating with other realtors and various professionals regarding taxes, insurance, interest rates, down money, promos, monthly payments and closing fees. We, being retired corporate, military, and government, all of our moves were handled by our employers. When we started on this new journey, what a surprise! In closing, Steve Stinson is the ONLY realtor you need for your real estate endeavors.

Steve made our dreams come true! We put our home on the market with a different realtor at the beginning of the summer with no luck, ultimately feeling like our dreams of selling and moving were out of reach. Steve guided us with relisting our home and we received an offer within the first week! He knows his stuff and gets results. I would recommend him to anyone in the Madison/Huntsville, AL area.
