I had the chance to spend some time with Michael and Rebeca at RPM Neighbors and was really impressed with how they run their business.
One thing that stood out is that they still do in person showings. A lot of companies have moved to self guided tours, but they believe being present helps protect the property and leads to better tenant placement.
They are responsive, thoughtful, and clearly take a long term approach when it comes to caring for owners' homes.
If you are looking for a property management team in the Grand Rapids area that actually picks up the phone and treats your property seriously, RPM Neighbors is worth a conversation.

Rebecca manages my property in Holland. There was a lot to manage in a recent turnover. She got quotes from multiple vendors, sent us links to their work and reviews, took before and after pictures, etc. It’s nice to have someone reliable on the ground there (I live in Atlanta). Thanks for all you guys do, Rebecca!

They are fair to tenants and they also understand what is important to a landlord.
