She was always available to answer questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and truly had our best interests in mind.

We can't say enough good things about Tracy Lightfoot! From the very beginning she and her team were wonderful to work with. She was always quick to answer our questions, kept us updated throughout the entire process, and made sure we always knew what was happening. We truly felt like she was looking out for us every step of the way.
The day we walked into what is now our condo, we knew it was the one. Tracy helped make the entire buying process smooth and stress-free, even from several states away. We never felt pressured—just supported.

Tonya has been amazing to work with! She has always been responsive and has made the entire process so much easier. She has even taken pictures for us throughout the process and has helped us capture every milestone, which has been such a thoughtful touch. If you’re looking for a realtor who is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in her clients, I cannot recommend Kenya Wilhite highly enough!! Her communication was exceptional. Every detail was covered, every question was answered promptly, and we always felt informed and prepared for the next step. No matter what came up, she stayed organized, proactive, and incredibly thorough.
What truly set her apart was her ability to remain calm and confident during the moments when we were so stressed out & scared. She was a steady source of reassurance, knowledge, and guidance throughout the entire journey. Her expertise was evident in every interaction. We will only use Kenya from now on!
