This company is great. Great service and Great personnel. As an owner, I began leasing a condo 2+ years ago and have now added a residential home. They take care of facilitating all contracts, vetting to get solid renters, and any needed repairs. My monthly owner payments are made on time each month. Tax documents are made easy through a printout on their App. I highly recommend Sail Properties

Sent maintenance people that literally harassed and verbally abused my wife. Did nothing about it. When moving out of the unit we paid for cleaning company that was recommended by the property management. They did an inspection and made us pay MORE money for cleaners and $50 to TIGHTEN a screw on a toilet seat. The maintenance crews these guys are using are fraudulent period. While Jacob was quick to respond to the crazy amount of crap falling apart at our rental, the vendors were abysmal and constantly ripped us off. Edit- Or was it the carpet replacement that we didn’t damage in the first place. And the same vendor who tried to replace a garbage disposal that wasn’t broken. Funny no mention of charging us $50 to tighten a plastic screw on a toilet seat that you handy man considered loose….
