The service I've received is above and beyond. The staff at Sail Properties is exceptional. Their response is courteous, respectful and immediate. They are always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend their property management services to anyone.

My name is Victor Alanis, and I am the owner of Rapid Water & Fire Restoration. I have been working with Sails Property Management for about six months now, and I can honestly say that the entire team is professional, organized, and great to work with.
There is one team member in particular that I work with most often—Curtis. I can confidently say that he is extremely professional and always on top of his responsibilities. I personally receive emails from him Monday through Sunday regarding items that need attention, corrections, or follow-ups. He is truly dedicated and consistently goes above and beyond.
Overall, Sails Property Management is an excellent company to work with, and their level of professionalism shows through their staff and communication.

Curtis Kabat did a wonderful job in showing the property, communicating, and the walk through was very thorough. I would say he looks for the best way to put his customers in a comfortable and winning position. Would recommend to friends family and anyone reading my google review. Sail Properties made my move so easy simple and fast. Very efficient, always answered my phone calls and answered all the questions I had. Curtis was my leasing agent, he answered all my question right away and always got back to me as soon as he could, super professional and he was able to work with me and make my whole moving experience easy.
Overall, very happy with my with their services and very happy with our new home.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Curtis! From start to finish, the entire application and move-in process was incredibly smooth, organized, and stress-free. He was very responsive even though we were right in the middle of the holidays!
Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and he was very knowledgeable about my new apartment, the area, and the entire process.
If you’re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond and makes what can be a stressful process feel easy and exciting, I highly recommend working with Curtis! I’m so grateful for his help and couldn’t be happier with my new home!

Curtis has been incredibly helpful and communicative throughout my entire move-in process. From day one, he made everything feel smooth and stress-free, always checking in to ensure the unit was up to top-notch standards. He followed up on every request, made sure maintenance handled anything that needed attention, and truly went above and beyond to make the transition seamless and welcoming. I’m not only thrilled with the unit itself, but also with the ongoing effort and care Curtis has shown in making everything happen quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

I’ve had an amazing experience with Sail Properties, especially working with Justin. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled quickly and correctly.
