We're STR owner-operators with 1,000+ reviews, a 4.95 rating, and multiple properties ranking as the top revenue performer in their resort by bedroom count for multiple years running. We're Scott & Star Campbell, a husband-and-wife team, and we bring that same performance obsession to every property we co-host.

Your listing won't be one of hundreds on a spreadsheet. It'll be managed by people who know what it feels like to have their own capital on the line, because in many cases it is: daily pricing adjustments, seasonal strategy, gap fills, and a guest experience system built to generate the five-star reviews that keep you ranking at the top of search.

We co-host across three markets: Gulf Shores & Orange Beach, Orlando, and the Smoky Mountains. We offer fully turnkey co-hosting for owners who want to eliminate their time spent entirely, and listing optimization for self-managing owners who want a real edge in conversion and search performance. Either way, the goal is the same: maximize your revenue, protect your asset, and give you your time back.

If you're looking for co-hosts who actually get it, reach out to Scott at [email protected] or (615) 541-9232.
