I rented at the royal oak apartments for three years. My last six months this company took over. I have NEVER BEEN late on rent, caused my neighbors problems, or damaged anything during my stay. I got engaged and decided to move to Puerto Rico...three weeks later my security deposit was received with 400 dollars not returned. The stated that they needed to repaint which was 250. A renters cleaning fee for 100 and a washer cleaning fee of 55 dollars. We literally stayed up all night making sure everything was clean, sanitizing and scrubbing everything from windows, vents, floors, cabinets, toilet, floor, stove
you name it. I would not recommend leasing from this company it seems they are intent on keeping your money. This location has zero guest parking, no ceiling fans, no pool, and you have change your own light bulbs and filters. STAY AWAY!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Real Property Management Instant Equity — especially Emily Edwards! She has been absolutely amazing to work with from day one. Emily is professional, patient, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Her communication is always clear and timely, and she genuinely cares about helping tenants feel comfortable and supported. The whole process, from application to move-in, was smooth thanks to her. Outstanding experience with RPM Instant Equity. Very professional and responsive team with a great level of service. Special thanks to Nichole who helped me with several issues from maintenance requests to City code compliance. RPM has been a great help in getting in touch with tenants and following up on rent payments. The website is also very easy to use. I would definitely recommend them.

I've been a tenant at RPM Instant Equity for about 3 years. I had a issue with the air conditioning unit. Nichole C. contacted me in a timely manner and kept me informed during the whole process. Thank you RPM and Nichole for making this experience stress free.

This place is really great, good for start up Apartment, where it lacks in quality the customer service makes up for. The area could use more clean up from dangerous peoples and location however a little bit of security parameters doesn’t hurt anyone. The staff is great and very professional and has treated us with respect and in time responded all year. The prices are very reasonable and the response time is nothing short than amazing. Set up your property today with rpm and start in your new home!
