I had a wonderful experience working with this husband-and-wife real estate team. The application and approval process was smooth, straightforward, and professionally handled from beginning to end. Although I ultimately chose a different property that was a better fit for my family, that does not take away from the positive experience I had with them.
They were responsive, welcoming, and made the entire process feel much more personal than working with a larger company. It is clear that they genuinely care about the people they assist. If you value excellent communication, professionalism, and a personable experience, I would definitely recommend working with them!

My lease was due on the end of March, everywhere I applied for I was denied! One
day saw this property and I spoke with Zach I explained my situation and he said this is what I need to get things moving he was so very professional, caring and most of all he listened to my situation! I recommend this company but most above Zach!!!

Zach snd Bre handle our rental home they are very professional, detailed and organized. They know their stuff. I like that they keep me up to date on everything and always call me back if they miss my call to me thst is very important. We also had a claim this past summer 2025 due to an old bathroom fan they went above and beyond. Grateful to have picked RPM to manage our rental.

I recently onboarded my four-unit property with Real Property Management Partners and have been working directly with Zach. I’ve been extremely satisfied with their services. Not only are they quick to respond, but they’re also the only property management company I’ve worked with that’s truly proactive. Their communication is clear and consistent, which is one of the top qualities I look for in a management team.
