I met Dawn 2 years ago when my daughter asked her to sell her house, I was very impressed with her kindness, honesty, and knowledge to my daughter & me..
April 2025, I called Dawn Roy, because I knew she would give me the same attention. She introduced her son Aaron to me as her associate/assistant. I handed them the keys to the house and I moved to Phoenix AZ. Dawn kept me informed on everything they felt would increase the selling price of my house. She stayed in contact with me by eDocuments, texting, and phone every step of the way. My house sold 4 days after being on the market.

Dawn and Aaron provided expert and thoughtful support in all aspects of the recent sale of our Midlothian home - from timing the sale, where to focus on touch ups to increase the value, seamlessly coordinating for home staging, marketing strategy, competitive pricing, and all through the sale negotiations and closing. They think about every detail and they are just so fun to work with! It made selling our home a very successful and enjoyable process.

Dawn made the process of buying a house seamless and easy, keeping me informed of each step along the way. My realtor!! I could not have purchased my home without Dawn. I was up against 6 other offers, 2 that were all cash. She knew the right strategy to buy my home. And before that, she helped me analyze the other homes I was looking at as well. All homes have both pros and cons, no way around it. Where I needed help was understanding what was worth taking on, and what wasn’t even worth touring. She checked the MLS every day and spent time reaching out to schedule tours, and remained objective - keeping my best interest in mind. When we had the offer accepted, she started scheduling every inspection I asked for. She even negotiated a credit for repairs from the seller. Thank you Dawn ❤️

We absolutely love Dawn! She has been our realtor for 10 years. She assisted us with our rental and our two home purchases. She is knowledgeable of the business and has guided us in making good investments. Not to mention she is understanding of family needs in today’s world. Dawn is absolutely amazing! She truly cares about people and whats best for their family. I am very picky and she was patient with me and all my wants.
Dawn knows the market so well and was amazed at how quickly and efficiently she was able to seal the deal when I found my dream home. With the current market, it could not have been done without her experience and expertise as a realtor.
She also sold my home within a day and got exactly what we wanted and then some! You can't ask for anything better than that!!
